What time will you be cleaning my home?

Cleaning services are provided Monday through Sunday 8:30AM to 7:00PM and you will be scheduled during these times. We provide cleaning services on both week days and weekends. Contact us to enquire about a cleaning appointment.

Do I need to be home?

It is not necessary for you to be at property while the cleaning team is cleaning your apartment, house or office space. It is, however, necessary that you or someone on your behalf let’s the cleaning staff in and locks once the cleaning is complete to your satisfaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Email transfers, cash and personal / company cheques (for regular customers).

What if I refer a friend, will you provide a gift certificate?

Yes, if you refer us your friend, family member or a colleague, we will provide you with a $28 gift certificate, which can be applied towards your up coming cleaning services.

Is GST included in the hourly rate?

GST applies to all cleaning jobs in BC The 5% GST will be added to your invoice as it is not included in the hourly rate.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. We will provide you with an invoice at the time of service. Payment is made upon completion of the cleaning service.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, we are. All of our cleaning team members are bonded and insured. We Help carries a $2 million general liability insurance. A proof of our insurance can be presented upon request. We take the safety of your home and working environment of our employees seriously.

Do I Have To Do Anything Before We Help Cleaning Professional Arrives?

In order for the home cleaning professionals to do their job, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items. The home cleaning professional will not know where your personal items belong and we prefer that they not go into your closets or drawers to put things away.

What Can I Expect To Pay For A Total Home / Office Cleaning?

Do You Send The Same Person Every Time My Home/Office Is Cleaned?

We try to, but that doesn’t always work out. All of our home/office cleaning professionals are bonded and insured and provide the same level of consistency that you have come to expect from us, so you will receive the same quality service no matter who the home cleaning professional is. However, if for whatever reason you would like to make a change, please do not hesitate to ask and we will accommodate you.

Do We Have To Sign A Contract?

No, there are no complicated contracts. The only thing we ask is, if you must cancel a regularly scheduled appointment, that you do it at least 48 hours in advance. Our home cleaning professionals are paid for each home they clean – a cancellation without enough notice to reschedule another appointment directly affects their remuneration, and we could have rebooked them.

Do You Check The Backgrounds Of Your Cleaning Professionals?

Yes we do, in fact we will not even consider the recruitment of any new cleaning professional unless they have a minimum of 2 verifiable references and a stable previous work history.

What About My Pets?

We love animals, but sometimes they don’t love us. If you think your pet may become overly anxious while we are there, please make temporary arrangements (such as the garage, a kennel, or a closed off room) while we are in your home.

Who supplies the cleaning products, We Help or me?

We Help has both options. Either We Help teams arrive at your home fully equipped to green clean your home and you can purchase our products or you can provide all necessary materials and equipment. On a regular basis, if you choose to provide your own products, your regular cleaner will inform you if your supplies are running low. We will ask you before our first appointment.

What is the minimum hours per visit?

3 hours minimum for 1 cleaner. 1 and half hour minimum for 2 cleaners. 1 hour minimum for 3 cleaners.

Are you registered with WorkSafe BC?
